After cleansing and application of serum, apply a pea-sized amount of Claire Hill WPC Eye Complex onto your finger tip and dot around the orbital bone.
Work from the inner to the outer corner of your eye, avoiding the eyelid.
Use the pad of your finger to gently pat the gel into your skin until it has absorbed.
Follow with S8-28 anti-ageing moisturiser.
Use twice daily for best results.
Do not use on broken, damaged or irritated skin and discontinue if irritation or sensitivity occurs.

Stevisse is a natural stevia leaf-based extract, which works in a similar way to retinoids. The latter reduces the production of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs), which contribute to the degradation of extracellular matrix (ECM) proteins. MMPs are produced primarily by reactive stromal and inflammatory cells. The alterations made to the ECM by MMPs contribute to skin wrinkling, a characteristic of premature skin ageing.
However, retinoids are associated with several undesirable side effects, including, but not limited to skin dryness and photosensitivity. Stevisse can be considered a gentler and more natural alternative to retinoids, offering a similar rejuvenating result without the negative side effects. Stevisse promotes cellular resistance to oxidative stress, prevents the degradation of essential ECM proteins, and helps to inhibit one of the skin’s key pro-inflammatory pathways.
The mechanism of action of Stevisse includes (1) upregulation of genes involved in the cellular response against oxidative stress, (2) downregulation of genes involved in the degradation of essential dermal proteins and (3) downregulation of a gene involved in skin inflammatory pathways. More specifically, Stevisse stimulates the antioxidant response of skin by upregulating HMOX1, TXNRD and OSGIN1 genes. Furthermore, Stevisse inhibits two MMPs, namely MMP1 and MMP3, thereby reducing degradation of ECM proteins, and diminishing signs of ageing.
Finally, Stevisse inhibits PTGS2, which is a pro-inflammatory gene. In vivo, Stevisse significantly minimised the appearance of wrinkles associated with ageing. A decrease of up to 87.3% in wrinkle area and 85.2% in wrinkle length was found after 28 days of treatment.
